The School Day
The school day starts at 8:45am and finishes at 15:25pm. Registration takes place at 8:45am – children arriving after 8:50am need to be signed in via the school office. Late arrivals and late collections are monitored on a daily basis.
Total time for the school week is 32 hrs and 30 mins.
Morning Playtimes
Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception)
- Morning break: 9:45am - 10:00am
- Children are provided with a healthy snack
- Access to an outdoor area throughout the day
Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2)
- Morning break and snack: 10:45am - 11:00am
Lunch Times
- Reception: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
- Year 1: 12:15pm - 1:15pm
- Year 2: 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Drop Off and Collection
- Parents are welcomed onto the playground at the beginning and end of the school day.
- This helps to build a close relationship between home and school.
- We want to have good links with all parents.
- If normal arrangements for drop-off or collection need to be altered, for example if you are delayed or another person is collecting your child, please let us know as this avoids any confusion or upset.
Getting to School
If you do need to travel by car, please park wisely and not in front of the school gates.
